Once your item is ready, it’s carefully packaged and shipped directly to you by our production partner.
Estimated delivery times:
• U.S.: 3–7 business days after shipping
• International: 7–21 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the move so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.
While we can’t control carrier delays, we’re always happy to help if something seems off!
Because our items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.
That said—if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!
